Sebrina A. Lindsay-law, ed.d.

Dr. Law is a servant educator at her core for the Virginia community. She currently works for Virginia Beach City Public Schools as the Coordinator for Equity & Opportunity. Her 2019 dissertation, More than Words: A Basic Interpretative Approach to Understanding Internal Accountability Through Adaptive Leadership, Relational Trust, and Professional Capital has been published on ProQuest and cited in the Handbook of Research on Multidisciplinary Perspectives on Managerial and Leadership Psychology. Prior to serving in this role, Dr. Lindsay-Law worked as a school improvement specialist, secondary social studies teacher, and middle school dean.

My purpose is to approach learning through equity and collaboration. It is imperative for learning experiences to have theoretical and practical elements. Through these elements we create learning conditions that allow learners to bring their authentic selves to environments, thus creating liberation and fulfillment.
